TOS and Commission Information
By commissioning me, you have read and accepted the following terms:-Please know what you want before commissioning me and do your best to provide anything you can to make the idea of what you want drawn clear. This includes character sheets, messy doodles, descriptions and pictures, or a stickperson posing in a certain way.
-I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, whether it be a rude client or knowing I won't be able to draw a request confidently.
-If you want major changes in your commissioned piece, request them when the sketch is sent to you. Having to change things when the art is lined and colored is tedious.
-If you're going to share or post your finished commission, please credit me. I am @swizzytea on all platforms.
-Do not take off my signature on your commission.
-Do not use my artwork for NFTs, commercial purposes or AI purposes.
-As the artist, I retain all rights to finished works, meaning I can post them and use them for advertisement in my gallery. If you do not want your commission to be used like this, please tell me beforehand.
Prices and Payment
(Includes color and shading)
Headshot/pfp: 15$
Halfbody: 20$
Fullbody: 30$
Background that isnt solid color/a pattern = +2-10$ depending on complexity
Another character in the same artwork = +10$ (not avaliable for headshots/pfps.)
Fully shaded chibi character = 10$
-I take payment through paypal and cashapp, though paypal is preferred. No other payment options will be accepted.-After the initial sketch is approved, 100% payment will be needed before I continue.-If I cannot do your commission in a timely manner (2-3 weeks or so), you can be refunded completely. Just note that this timespan may change if there's a waitlist, and I will be sure to let you know when this happens when you commission me.-Commissions are not refundable after they've been completed.WILL DRAW:
Humans & humanoid characters (aliens, furries, etc,.), backgrounds, mecha, fanart, ponies, simple objects/props, and character sheets.WILL NOT DRAW:
Nsfw, any hateful imagery, suggestive art, gore (light blood is okay), and animals (sorry! not confident in that ability yet)(If there's anything that isn't mentioned, ask me and I'll tell you whether I can draw it or not.)
